If a past team member is coming back, you don’t need to create a brand-new profile for them. CrewHero makes it easy to rehire by simply updating their employment status. This ensures all their past information—like contact details, training history, and notes—stays intact. 🙌
Steps to Rehire a Person
- Log in
 - Navigate to https://go.crewhero.app and log into your account.
 
- Go to People
 - From the left-hand menu, click on People under the Team section.
 
- Filter for Past Employees
 - At the top of the People page, use the filter to show Past Employees.
 
- Select the Person
 - Click on the name of the person you’d like to rehire.
 
- Update Employment Status
 - In their profile, scroll to the Work section.
 - Click the Employment drop-down menu.
 - Choose the appropriate option (e.g., Full Time, Part Time, or Seasonal).
 
That’s it! 🎉 The person will now appear in your active roster again and can be scheduled for work.
