How To: Rehire People in CrewHero 🔄👥

If a past team member is coming back, you don’t need to create a brand-new profile for them. CrewHero makes it easy to rehire by simply updating their employment status. This ensures all their past information—like contact details, training history, and notes—stays intact. 🙌


Steps to Rehire a Person

  1. Log in
      • Navigate to https://go.crewhero.app and log into your account.
  1. Go to People
      • From the left-hand menu, click on People under the Team section.
  1. Filter for Past Employees
      • At the top of the People page, use the filter to show Past Employees.
  1. Select the Person
      • Click on the name of the person you’d like to rehire.
  1. Update Employment Status
      • In their profile, scroll to the Work section.
      • Click the Employment drop-down menu.
      • Choose the appropriate option (e.g., Full Time, Part Time, or Seasonal).

That’s it! 🎉 The person will now appear in your active roster again and can be scheduled for work.
