🚀 Getting Your Team Started
Inviting your team to CrewHero is easy — and there are no passwords to remember.
Crew members log in using a One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to their cell phone or email.
✅ Step-by-Step: Invite Your Team
1. Add People in the Manager App
- Go to the People tab
- Click “+ Add Person”
- Enter:
- Name
- Phone number (required for SMS login)
- Email (optional, but helpful)
- Division (if known)
Pro Tip: Keep phone numbers accurate — this is how most frontline users will log in.
2. Set Their App Access
- Open the team member’s profile
- Click the ⚙️ Settings (hex icon)
- Under App Access, check:
- ✅ Frontline App for Crew Members and Leaders
- ✅ Manager App or Fleet Access as needed
Tip: Only give the access they need — this keeps the experience clean and simple.
3. Send Login Instructions
Once added and given access, just tell them:
