✅ How to Submit a Repair Request
1. Log in to go.crewhero.app
We’ll text you a login code — no password required.
2. Tap “Add Repair Request” from the homepage
3. Choose the Equipment or Vehicle
You’ll see a list of what’s assigned to your crew. You can also search company-wide if needed.
4. Add a Quick Description
Tell us what’s wrong. The more details, the better.
Examples:
- “Left tire low again — might be a slow leak”
- “Weird noise when reversing the mower”
- “Hose cracked, needs replacement before we spray again”
5. Submit
That’s it. Your manager and the fleet team get notified immediately.
🔄 What Happens After
Once submitted:
- 🟢 Your manager or fleet tech will change the status to Received
- 🛠️ If it’s urgent, they’ll flag it or schedule a fix
- 🔧 When it’s in the shop, the status changes to In Progress
- ✅ Once fixed, they’ll mark it Ready, and your manager can Accept it for return to the field
You can track everything in real time. Involved throughout the repair process.
