🧭 What Is the Frontline App?
The CrewHero Frontline App is a mobile-friendly dashboard designed for crew members and leaders. It works on phones, tablets, and desktops—with no installation required.
Use the app to:
- View your daily assignments
- Get local weather updates for your job site
- Submit or track repair requests
- Request time off
- Track your growth through recognition and credentials
- Access quick links like the crew handbook, team photo albums, or event calendar
🖥️ Dashboard Features & Main Interface
Home / Dashboard View:
A centralized page showing all your daily essentials:
- Today's Assignment
See your job, task, or "Day Off" status for the day.
- Weather Forecast
Automatically displays weather based on your location—broken into Morning, Midday, and Afternoon.
- Repair Requests
Submit new equipment/site issues or track open and resolved repair requests.
- Time Off
Submit, view, or manage your time off requests and see request history.
- Team Links
- Event Calendar
- Crew Handbook
- Team Photo Albums
Quick-access shortcuts to important crew tools:
- News & Announcements
Important company updates, alerts, or fun announcements like “Cookout Alert!” appear here.
🚀 Growth Page (New Tab)
The Growth Page helps you track personal achievement, progress, and recognition.
- Kudos Received
- If you haven’t received any, it will display “0 Kudos.”
See how many shout-outs or thank-yous you’ve earned this month and all-time.
- Licenses & Certifications
- If none are on file, it says: “No licenses or certifications on file.”
- You can add new ones directly from the page.
Displays your professional certifications or licenses.
- Skills (COMING SOON)
Placeholder for future skill-tracking features that will let you log and measure job-related skills.

The quick action button can be located at the top right of the page. it looks like a Green Square with a white plus in the middle.
- Request Time Off
Tap to open a time-off request form. You can also view the status or history of submitted requests.
- Submit Repair Request
Opens a form to report site or equipment issues. Track the status of each request (open, in progress, or resolved).
