CrewHero sends important company updates by text message. This keeps you in the loop — even if you’re not logged into the app.
You may get a text about:
- Weather delays 🌧️
- Schedule changes 🛠️

- Company announcements 🎉
✅ How Do I Opt In to SMS?
It’s easy — and you’ll be asked automatically the first time you log in.
When logging in:
- Go to go.crewhero.app
- Enter your phone number
- You’ll get a one-time passcode to log in
- You’ll be prompted to accept SMS terms & conditions
Once accepted, you’re set! You’ll receive CrewHero text alerts when your manager sends them.
❌ How Do I Opt Out?
You can opt out at any time by replying: STOP to the messages Pro Tip. Home Page shows you who is accepting SMS Messages
To the CrewHero number that sent you the message.
You’ll immediately stop receiving texts — but you’ll still see announcements when you log into the CrewHero app.
Heads up: If you opt out, you may miss important messages like delays or day-off notices.

Changed your mind? Just text: START back to the message
To the same CrewHero number that sent you the message. You’ll be added back to the SMS list.
🔐 Is My Phone Number Safe?
Yes. Your number is only used to:
- Help you log in (via one-time passcodes)
- Receive company-approved announcements
- Track your account inside the CrewHero system
