CrewHero is one platform with three distinct experiences:

Displays the Crew Assignments on a TV. Often located in the Shop, Office or Dispatch area

The Manager App is built for decision-makers who coordinate people, trucks, and equipment.

Key Features:

  • Create and adjust daily assignments
  • Assign trucks, trailers, and equipment
  • Plan today, tomorrow, or next week
  • Approve time-off requests
  • Monitor vehicles out of service
  • Post announcements and shared links

Available On:

  • ✅ Desktop (for full planning view)
  • ✅ Mobile (for fast changes on the go)
Pro Tip: You don’t need a whiteboard anymore — manage your day from your phone during your morning coffee.

👷‍♂️ Frontline App

The Frontline App is a mobile-first experience for Crew Leaders and Crew Members.

What They See:

  • ✅ Today's and Tomorrow’s Assignments
  • ✅ Weather forecast
  • ✅ Submitted repair & time-off requests
  • ✅ Quick buttons to submit new requests
  • ✅ Team announcements
  • ✅ Shared company links (e.g. handbook, safety docs)
  • ✅ Their own profile: clothing size, emergency contact, address
Best Practice: Crew Members should check this before they leave the house — it helps them dress, prep, and coordinate with their team.

🔧 Fleet App

The Fleet App is focused on your mechanics and fleet leads. It helps them keep your assets moving.

Key Features:

  • ✅ View submitted repair requests from the field
  • ✅ Update maintenance status
  • ✅ Flag or return vehicles to service
  • ✅ Log equipment issues
  • ✅ Organize service notes and asset history
Tip: Mechanics don’t need the full dispatch view — just what they need to manage equipment and respond to field needs quickly.

Can Someone Access More Than One?

Yes. A user can be given access to multiple app views.

For example:

  • A Crew Leader might have Frontline + Fleet access if they handle equipment tracking.
  • An Owner might switch between Manager and Frontline to see what their crew sees.

To switch views:

  • Click the Settings (⚙️ icon) in the upper right
  • Select “View as Frontline App” or “View as Manager App” depending on your needs
