Setting the correct Employment Type helps your team stay organized and ensures clarity for payroll, seasonal planning, and time-off eligibility.
CrewHero allows you to label each team member as:
- Full Time
- Part Time
- Seasonal
- Not Employed
✅ How to Set or Update Employment Type
1. Go to the People Tab
Access your full employee list.
2. Click the Person’s Name
This opens their profile on the right side of the screen.
3. Scroll to the Work Section
You’ll see their current Division and Employment status.
4. Click the Employment Dropdown
Choose from:
- Full Time
- Part Time
- Seasonal
- Not Employed
Tip: Changing employment type does not remove system access. To remove access, adjust App Access separately.
Use Cases
Type | When to Use It |
Full Time | Standard full-time crew or admin |
Part Time | College or reduced schedule staff |
Seasonal | H2B or summer/temporary workers |
Not Employed | Former employees retained for records |
