📘 What Is the Crews Tab?
The Crews Tab in CrewHero is your internal database of repeatable team structures.
It’s where you can:
- Create preset crews with clear names
 
- Assign them to divisions
 
- Designate whether they are Frontline or Admin teams
 
- Use icons and naming conventions to keep everything clear during dispatch
 
Pro Tip: This setup saves time every single morning. No more typing the same crew names from scratch — just assign them to the day.
🔧 How to Use It
- Click the Crews tab in the left-hand menu
 
- Click “Add Crew”
 
- Give your crew a name — be as specific or general as needed
 
- Assign it to a Division
 
- Choose Crew Type: Frontline or Admin
 
- Click Save — that’s it!
 
You can also:
- Use icons or initials in the crew name (for visual sorting)
 
- Filter crews by division
 
- Edit or update crews seasonally or as your org evolves
