Trailer Database

🚚 CrewHero Feature: Trailers Page

🔍 What It Does

The Trailers page gives you a dedicated place to store and manage all your towable assets. Like the Vehicles page, it helps track every trailer in your fleet — from landscape to enclosed to equipment trailers — with important info, images, repair status, and value data. Easily accessible from the field or shop, it's your live trailer inventory.

🧾 What It Tracks

  • ✅ License Plate
  • ✅ Serial Number
  • ✅ Make & Model
  • ✅ Year
  • ✅ Color
  • ✅ Type (e.g., Enclosed, Utility, Dump, Landscape)
  • ✅ Nickname
  • ✅ Assigned Division
  • ✅ Images (profile + additional photos of serial tag, structure, etc.)
  • ✅ Repair Status (“In Repair” toggle)
  • ✅ Repair Tickets & History
  • ✅ Notes
  • ✅ Purchase Info (amount, vendor, ownership)
  • ✅ Dispatch Availability (Frontline Asset toggle)

🚀 Why It Matters

⚙️ Pro Tips

  • Upload serial tag photos on day one for easy reference
  • Use naming conventions (e.g., “CH-T1”) for clarity across teams
  • Add notes on weight capacity or usage instructions
  • Keep the “In Repair” toggle accurate to avoid dispatch mixups
  • Review the value tab during asset planning and budgeting

CrewHero helps you treat your trailers like the valuable assets they are — tracked, managed, and ready to roll.
